Funeral Flowers
To create someone's funeral flowers is an honour and a privilege. They are an expression of love from family and friends and a beautiful tribute to the departed. I create entirely bespoke, natural funeral flowers and arrangements that include personal touches where possible (such as favourite flowers or colours) using fresh flowers and foliage. If appropriate, it can be a lovely idea to take some cuttings from a much loved garden to include in the arrangement.
If you would like me to make your loved one's funeral flowers, we would talk through your requirements - colours, flowers, size and what you'd like to happen with the arrangement after the funeral. I am able to repurpose some arrangements into posies for the family, or to have at a wake for example.
I listen carefully and sensitively at what I know is a very sorrowful time. I can work directly with the funeral directors to ensure the flowers are delivered at the right time and that they will work with the casket. My aim is to create a fitting and truly personal farewell arrangement for your loved one.
As with all my floristry, I don't use any floral foam in my arrangements and I can make fully biodegradable pieces if required. I work from Beckenham and can deliver funeral flowers across South and Southeast London.
