Wedding Gallery

Here are some examples of my work. I hope you enjoy looking through and do get in touch if you'd like to discuss your wedding flowers or any other flower requirements. I'd be delighted to hear from you. Get in touch here.

This first collection of photos are from a gorgeous February wedding at The West Mill wedding venue at Darley Abbey Mills in Derbyshire. It was an absolute honour to do the flowers for this lovely couple. They wanted lots of eucalyptus and pops of colour. We spent time talking through their likes and dislikes and their vision for their flowers.

The wanted to keep the table decorations small to accommodate their wedding breakfast of roast beef which was carved at the table. They collected all the gin bottles themselves. That was a lot of gin! I made suggestions for flowers that were available in February and together we agreed what to use and I am pleased to say they were delighted with their wedding flowers.

All of the photos from this wedding are by Albert Palmer Photography. They are just beautiful photos.

This second collection shows an early September wedding at Clifton Nurseries in Maida Vale. Some of the faces may be familiar as it's my wedding! This was the first full wedding that I did the flowers for and it was truly such a joyous experience and cemented in my mind that this was what I wanted to do. I chose all of my favourite colours - oranges, pinks, yellows, greens and hints of purple. The result was vibrant, fun and (I think!) beautiful wedding flowers.

The table centres included vase arrangements alongside some small stem vases and the table settings were potted herbs which we planted up ourselves - a mix of basil, rosemary and mint.

These were also our wedding favours. Bottles for flowers hung on the glasshouse windows which I filled with the same flowers from my bouquet. I included rosemary and mint in the flowers to add scent and because, amongst other things, rosemary symbolises love.

Hair and makeup was by the very talented Kirsty McCall who I highly recommend. All of the photos from this wedding are by Married to my Camera. David is a Surrey based photographer working across the UK and I highly recommend him for his discreet and beautiful reportage style.
