Refund policy

We have a no refund policy on flowers, foliage and wreaths as they are perishable goods and made-to-order. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Should any damage have occurred in transit I would need evidence of this by way of photos and then I can approve a refund. You would be refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
